30-day money-back guarantee

All Shared, WordPress, and Reseller plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. Cloud and VPS plans are eligible within 14 days. Dedicated servers are eligible within 7 days due to setup costs.

Non-refundable items

• Domain registrations and transfers (ICANN fees are non-recoverable)
• SSL certificates once issued by the certificate authority
• Premium support add-ons after a ticket has been answered
• Setup fees on dedicated servers (clearly disclosed at checkout)
• Renewals — refunds apply only to first-time purchases

How to request

1. Open a billing ticket from your client area
2. Indicate the invoice number and reason (we love feedback)
3. Refund processed within 5 business days to the original payment method

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We resolve 99% of billing disputes within 24 hours. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in account suspension and a $35 administrative fee deducted from any approved refund.

Pro-rated refunds

For annual or multi-year plans cancelled after the money-back window, we offer pro-rated credit (not cash refund) toward future services, calculated at the monthly equivalent rate.
